The inventory of Tajno Lease, in the Podlasie province in Bielsk Land, after the death of The Honorable Mrs Elzbieta Gurszynska, The "Master of the Hunt" of The Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the Starosty Starogarskiej (?) and received by the Honorable Referendarz ( royal judge ) Borens (?) and it was writtten by himself as a Commissioner of His Majesty on 4 July 1698.
