With some help of indexers from the Poznan Project, U.S. and state census from Minnesota, and PGSA's marriage index for Minnesota, I am working on connecting some Nalepinski families in Minnesota who spelled their name Nalipinski. I am fairly certain they have the same roots.
While my Nalepinski research has been confided to the manorial village of Grocholin and the town of Kcynia, both in the parish of Kcynia, results from Poznan Project indexing have begun to harvest some interesting results.
For example: One Nalepinski family I found in Kycnia, but could never connect to anyone was that of Franciszek Nalepinski and his wife Konstancia Adamska. They had
They had two children in the village of Bąk, in the parish of Kcznia (the only Nalepinskis born in that town).
Wincenty Nalepinski, born 4 IV 1846.
Leon Julian Nalepinski, born 25 IV 1847
But I could not find the marriage of Franciszek Nalepinski and his wife Konstancia Adamska. In VIII 2009, I found their marriage in the Poznan Project in the Catholic parish of Golańcz, southeast of Kcynia. (entry # 5 in 1845)
Franciscus Nalipinski (26) son of Thaddaeus Nalipinski married Constantia Adamska (24) daughter of Paulus Adamski and Carolina.
New! 22 VIII 2009- See actual record listed below. Note that the father Thaddeus Nalepinski was from Grocholin. So this is actually a Nalepinski family who moved from Kcynia.

Birth of Franciscus to Thaddeus Nalepinski and Margaretha Gruszczynska on 13 Sep 1819 in Grocholin.
In a subsequent birth record in this parish, Franciszek Nalipinski and Constancia Adamksa gave birth to to a girl, Ludwika. Franciscus Nalipinski is listed as a molitor, Latin for carpenter. This may be why he moved around a lot between parishes, because his job frequently required him to move.
So to summarize this family:
Franciscus Nalipinski (26) son of Thaddaeus Nalipinski married Constantia Adamska (24) in 1845 in Smolary, parish of Golącz. their children were:
Wincenty Nalepinski, born 4 IV 1846 in Kcynia.
Leon Julian Nalepinski, born 25 IV 1847 in Kcynia
Ludwika Nalipinski, born 23 VIII, 1849 in the village of Tomczyce, parish of Golącz.
Franciszek Nalipinski, born 9 XII 1851 in Czeszewo (Wągrowiec)
Paulina Nalipinski, born 29 V 1855 in Czeszewo (Wągrowiec)
Joseph Nalipinski, born 20 II 1861 in Czeszewo (Wągrowiec)
They had at least one other child, Bronisław, born in Poland in 1866, who immigrated to Minnesota.
Catholic parish in Kcynia entry # 26 in 1852
Joseph Laskner (24) , son of Joannes Lecner and Anna married Constantia Nalepinska (24) daughter of Thaddaeus Nalepinski, and Margaretha
Catholic parish in Czeszewo (powiat of Wągrowiec), southeast of Kcynia, entry # 4 in 1859
Michael Naliponski [sic] (28) son of: Thaddaeus, and Margaretha (same parents of Franciszek Nalepinski listed above) and Anna Wloszczynska (25) daughter of Jacobus, and Marianna.
I found this record in Czeszewo (Wągrowiec). It listed the marriage as happening on 7 March 1859 in Czeszewo. Michael Nalipiński is listed as being from Chojna, a village and parish due east of Kcynia and due north of Wągrowiec. Michael's parents were listed as Thadeus (Latin for Tadeusz) and Mararitha (Latin for Malgorżata).
I did not find any of their children born here but I did find several children of Franciszek Nalipinski and Constancia Adamska list above as being married in Golańcz:
Franciszek, born 9 XII 1851
Paulina, born 29 V 1855
Joseph, born 20 II 1861
Catholic parish in Żnin (near Czeszewo), entry # 6 in 1882: Ladislaus Wasilewski (27 3/4) son of Michael Wasilewski, mother: Josepha Klosowska and Marianna Balbina Nalopinska (21) daughter of Michael Nalopinski, mother: Anna Wloszczynska (the couple mentioned above), married in Czeszewo Wągrowiec.
Also listed under Nalepinski in the Catholic parish in Świątkowo also nearby, south of Kcynia , entry # 3 in 1871
Leo Nalipinski (24, *1847) and Marianna Jezierska (24)
New! Leo was listed as prefessione molitor, teacher (master) carpenter. Marianna Jezierska was listed as deflorata (not a virgin), Oops! Bothe were living in Swiątkowo.

From my records extracted from Kcynia parish, these were the children born to Tadeusz Nalepinski and Małgorżata Gruszczynska married in Grocholin, parish of Kcynia on 17 XI 1817:
Catherine Barbara Nalepinski, born 3 X 1820
Magdalena Nalepinski, 20 VI 1823
Konstancia Nalepinski, born circa 1828. Married Joseph Lackner 31 X 1852 in Miaszkowo, parish of Kcynia.
Michael Nalepinski, born 27 IX 1830
Rozalia Luwika Nalepinski, born 7 VIII 1833
Tekla Nalepinski, born 21 IX, 1836, died 22 IX 1836.
Hipolit Cassianus Nalepinski, born 13 VIII, 1837. Died Feb 12 1906 in Manastee Michigan, USA.
So it looks Michael, married in Czeszewo is definitely a Nalepisnki and Franciscus Nalipinski (26) son of Thaddaeus Nalipinski that married Constantia Adamska may also be a child of this family.
Tadeusz Nalepinski was born on 30 X 1785 in Grocholin, the son of Michal Nalepinski and Anna Marcinkowska. His brother Peter Nalepinski's (born 20 V 1793) ancestors emmigrated to Chicago and Milwaukee.
